Color stayingAlready my color has faded. The ends are already brown. The instructions were hard to under stand. It should have left the ends stay in longer. Der Geruch ist unerträglichDie Beratung ist super, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt am Telefon und es wurde auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Die Lieferung war schnell, die Verpackung ist liebevoll. Die Haarfarbe ist leider sehr dunkel ausgefallen. Ich bin mehr dunkelblond als mittelblond. Meine spitzen sind nur durchs ausspülen gold/grün geworden und von dem Kupfer sieht man nichts. Das habe ich allerdings auch befürchtet. Mit Erdbeerblond hat die Farbe nicht so viel gemeinsam und ich bin leider sehr unglücklich mit dem Ergebnis. Da man die Farbe anpassen kann könnte ich dieses jetzt tun und hoffen das was gutes dabei raus kommt. Horrible color, multiple horrible colorsUPDATE: Filed complaint, sent another horrible product (should've been supplied 1st time) that I DID NOT WANT. Had cancelled after 1st disaster-NOW I'M RECEIVING MORE SHIPMENTS. I HATE THIS SCAM COMPANY THAT RUINED MY HAIR. I want unenrolled and money returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What a disaster. Had light copper/orange hair (pictures provided), asked for same..and no burgundy/coppers. This apparently means mahogany and dark red to Esalon. Shocker, it’s burgundy/dark pink/brown. Roots horrible pinkish burgundy, rest of hair (not enough solution to cover) streaked, dull, and, yup, dark burgundy. Additionally, hair fell out in chunks. Washed several times to tone horrible red, only half lightened. Event coming up, what a nightmare. Can’t discuss with esalon, as customer service unavailable or closed during operating hours x3 days. Clearly didn’t read my color requests, easier to use box salon. At least can gauge colors. Horrible, ugly, false advertising. Looks cheap, dull, dry, splotchy, and tacky color. Completely unsatisfiedI was really looking forward to receiving this product I was pretty excited. It burned my scalp it was extremely strong way stronger than any box kit I've ever had from the store I couldn't breathe I had to open all my windows which really didn't help since it was raining out my color came out dull and disgusting the ends were lighter than the rest of my hair which I've never experienced. I will not be purchasing this product again. I did go and buy argan oil developer and argan oil hair color from Sally Beauty Supply and it is the best I have ever used. No burning no disgusting smell no ammonia. Thanks for nothing I will say I'm very grateful that the other hair dye Argan Oil saved my hair after using your product otherwise I'd be demanding my money back. I didn't take any photos cuz who the heck wants to take a photo of themselves looking like that. I just quickly wanted it gone. I understand I may be the exception to the rule and other people may love this product and I think that's great and I'm happy for them and I'm sad that it didn't work for me. Had trouble washing it outI like the color and the packaging but the solution was waxy in my hair and it took me 3+ washes to get it out. I had to use a harsh shampoo and really lather up. Very Disappointed - Color was much darker than in photoI did all as instructed and set my timers right. The end result was a much darker color than the photo. Did not cover the gray as I needed it to.Aside from the color being too light, which I assume eSalon can do, the color did NOT cover the gray. This is the reason why I started going to a salon years ago to get a better product that covered my stubborn gray as opposed to the L'Oreal or similar you can get at the grocery store. UnhappyThis color set made my whole head of hair feel very waxy and greasy. It took two washes to get my hair back to normal. Custom color setThe color is wonderful. My hair is very thick and curly. I did not have enough with just one bottle. There was no way to get another bottle while doing my hair. I have always used two bottles when coloring my hair. Disappointed with amount. Nicht was ich erhofft hatteIch habe Esalon auf Grund seiner guten Bewertungen ausprobiert und muss sagen ich bin unheimlich enttäuscht. Die Haarfarbe ist weder so rausgekommen wie gewünscht( viel rötlicher als aschbraun erwarten lässt) noch wurden meine grauen Haare abgedeckt. Ich färbe oft Zuhause zwischen den Friseurbesuchen, die Farbe aus der Drogerie ist oft zu rötlich und deckt die grauen Haare nicht ab aber für 5 Euro erwarte ich auch nicht mehr. Not as good as it appearsThis color is not any better than a great many drugstore brand hair colors. The color they show in video was done in a salon. They sent a "free" one with my original order but it must have been a "one off" mix!! I need to get a brown color at the store to cover up the orangey red I was left with!! Gray coverageLittle disappointed this time as the gray coverage wasn’t good enough to cover the gray. The gray roots didn’t come out with the same color, it’s about three shades lighter than the rest of my hair. I would like the roots to blend in with the rest of the color. Lovely colour but really difficult to wash outI really like the colour I have achieved with the dye however washing out the dye is impossible as it goes very gluey and takes about 5 shampoos over 2 days to get it all out. Can’t get it rightMy color has been wrong since day 1. I uploaded the color (pic from FB) and the name that I obtained from Facebook and an esalon rep on messenger. I emailed the pic and name as we’ll order 1 wrong, called and emailed again, sent pic and name, again WRONG. 3rd time uploaded and email name and pic and called over 5 times since day 1, STILL WRONG. I’ve asked for a manager 2x still waiting on the 2 calls. There have been at least 5-6 calls and 10 emails, multiple uploads of the color and name. Can get it right and it’s the customers fault. That’s how they make you feel. No apology, no expedited shipment. I used the 2nd color they sent mistake too dark. They have never said why they can’t get me what I want. It didn't cover my roots and the colors don't match...I colored my roots around the beginning of November and the color didn't totally cover my roots and the color that it did deposit, didn't match the rest of my hair....overall, I'm not thrilled with this. Had a few issues with this color setI’ve been using esalon for about two years now, and overall I’ve been very happy. The color always looks great, and I’ve been really loving the highlight set too. However, this last one did not go well. Firstly, the dye had a nasty fishy smell to it (a card in the box said there was a new formulation, so I’m guessing that’s why). Not a huge deal, but just kind of gross. My main problem however, is that when I washed the dye out of my roots at the end, it must have stained my highlights on the way out because they’re now almost completely covered up! I’ve touched up my roots with highlights a number of times before with no issues, so I’m guessing it might have something to do with the new color formulation as well. Not what I expectedI ordered a dark chocolate brown being that this is the color I both dye my hair with at home and what I ask for in the salon. I recieved my box and followed the directions exactly and yet when I finished my roots where a medium bright red and none of my gray was covered. Now I have to pay more to fix this. Extremely DisappointedAfter watching Brad Mondo's video I was so excited to try this hair color, so I ordered it. I ordered dark brown golden mahogany, and it did nothing to my hair except mess it up. It made my roots turn lighter and did nothing to the rest of my hair. There is no mahogany in my hair what-so-ever, and that's what I was really excited for based on the picture. poor qualityThis is terrible hair color. It doesn't cover even after leaving it on for 45 minutes. I have had the color reformulated twice -- still terrible. The first order I received was great but after that they have all been horrible. Maybe it's a trick to get a person hooked on the plan - send one good bottle and all the rest are junk. Don't waste your money! This is a terrible product. Now after spending 45 minutes coloring my hair I have to do it again to cover roots. What a joke. I wish I had never been so stupid as to purchase this product. Don't believe the ads - it's a terrible product.
