Not happyI had canceled my membership due to the fact there wasn't enough dye sent after the 1st time. A couple of months later after constantly getting emails I decided to join again and they only sent 1 bottle rather then the 2 you receive when you 1st start. I have very long hair. Id I would have gotten the 2cd bottle for the 1st time I'd be happy due to the fact I havent colored my hair in months. So now im canceling again. Didn’t cover greys, very dryingI’ve used boxed hair colors in the past so I was familiar with the process. I followed the directions and kept it on for the specified time. I think there should be an option & directions to use 1/2 of the solutions as I wasted most of it & tossed it. Within 3 days I could see my greys again - not all of them, but it was definitely noticeable. It wasn’t like I had even washed my hair since I had colored it so there was no reason to have it fade. Not close to color I choseMy hair ended up about two levels darker than what I chose and not in the least but copper either. zunächst zufriedenDas Mischen , anwenden, auftragen war einfach zu händeln. Der erste Eindruck war genial, zwar etwas zu dunkel, aber hat gefallen. Bereits nach 2,5 Wochen trat ein deutlicher rötlicher Ton hervor, nach 4 Wochen überwiegt ein rötlich bräunlicher Ton und gefällt mir überhaupt nicht. Das Haar sieht scheckig aus, von der eigentlichen Farbe ist nichts mehr vorhanden. Es sieht einfach nur noch aus wie eine schlechte Tönung. Farbergebnis anders, als bestelltQualität, Verpackung und Versand waren gut. Leider das Farbergebnis nicht (Mittelblond bestellt/Rotblondes Ergebnis). Habe dafür aber anstandslos eine Gutschrift erhalten und werde noch einen Versuch wagen. Die Farbmischung an sich stinkt ziemlich stark nach Ammoniak, die Haare fühlten sich nach dem Färben aber gut an und sind auch nicht kaputt. Hochwertige Farbe aber leider nicht das gewünschte FarbergebnisTolle Verpackung, einfach Anwendung und die Haare sind danach gepflegt und glänzen wie nach einem Friseurbesuch. Das hat mich total begeistert. Leider weicht das Farbergebnis extrem von meinem angegeben Wunsch ab. Ich hatte persönliche Notizen und eine Bild meine aktuellen Haarfarbe hochgeladen um zu erreichen das mir der Stylist die perfekte Farbe formuliert. Trotz dessen, dass ich beschrieben hatte das ich gerne etwas heller werden möchte und einem Rotstich entgegen wirken will, sind sie kaum bis garnicht heller geworden und der Rotstich ist noch intensiver geworden. Eventuell wäre es besser gewesen wenn der Stylist nochmal Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen hätte um mir mitzuteilen, dass mein Farbwunsch nicht erfüllt werden kann und mit mir eine Lösung gefunden hätte bzw. mich einfach vorgewarnt hätte das ich mit einer anderen Farbe rechnen muss. The undertones to the dark brown was too redI specifically explained my hair picks up a lot of red and wanted to make sure that didn't happen. I got the 20V dark brown/copper. Did not send enough product to color all my hair only rootsUsually when I go to the salon they do the roots first and then pull the color through the rest of my hair. First time using eSalonI received a call from esalon before the shipment, she gave me advice and we changed the color to a lighter shade also used a primer before the color as instructed. Verschwendung und keine Effekte sichtbarAnwendung ist ja ok, aber dafür dass man zwei verschiedene Farben anmischen soll, ist es auf Dauer zu viel an Farbe, die im Ausguss landet. Für nur den Ansatz hätte die Hälfte gereicht, ebenso für die Längen dann. Der Rest Farbe muss dann leider entsorgt werden. Das ist mehr als ärgerlich. Außerdem sehe ich keinen Unterschied zwischen Ansatz und Längen. Die Farben haben sich wohl dann vermischt, Effekte sind nicht sichtbar. Color was way wrongMy color was way too dark. The bottle said light brown, but now all my gray is dark brown, and my natural is screaming with lots of red undertones. They included some ash in the light brown, as I specified that my hair is prone to red tones, but there was clearly not enough. Unfortunately, because all the salons are closed due to quarantine, I have to live with this color for a while until I dare to try to correct it. I had misgivings going into this given how everyone's level of experience with color is different, and this was exactly what I feared would happen. Thankfully, I don't have to go to work, but it's still quite upsetting. Good gray coverageIt colored most of my grays, except the sides still look gray just after a few days. Another good thing about this color is the lack of smell. I was expecting softer and shinier hair than the result I received. Absolute waste of moneyAfter trying to buy a colour to do myself and explaining I usually get highlights and lowlights - which I clearly cannot manage myself. I thought I had opted for an all over light ash blonde colour. The instructions say this is roots only which is pointless and it will not match the rest of my hair!!! Not the color I chose! Burning scalp!I ordered the dark brown violet pearl and even uploaded a pic of my current color. My after-color hair has absolutely no violet to it, it’s brown and brassy red. I’ve been coloring my hair for 15 years and have never had my scalp burn after the way it it did with this color. Terrible productThis product didn’t fully stick to my hair. It is patchy and there are parts that don’t even look dyed after I followed the instructions word for word. Grauabdeckungnach 3 Haarwäschen muß ich leider feststellen, dass die Grauabdeckung nicht wie erwartet ist! Es schimmert immer noch durch und für den Zukünftigen Preis ist es mir auf dauer zu teuer, da mein seitheriges Produkt dies bezgl. besser abdeckt und günstiger ist. wonderful product; not the best color matchThis product is wonderful and the detailed instructions were spot on! While the color is very pretty, it was too dark. TOO DARKThis is the second time I ordered this color and I loved it the first time. It had dimension and very little red. This time when I used it, it was extremely dark, practically black with ALOT of red undertone, which is not what I wanted at all. I contacted their customer service and they said someone would be with me soon. But I haven't heard anything back. Did Not Work!I was pretty clear with my colorist about how stubborn my grays are, but it doesn't appear that any modifications were done to my custom instructions or the custom color to make the color adhere better, or at least to lengthen the processing time to allow time for stubborn grays to go away. I followed the directions, exactly, and afterwards, as soon as I was done washing my hair, I went to the mirror to check the results, and....huge disappointment! I still have gray showing, crystal clear, at my temple areas, and those were the areas I covered first, just to give them longer before rinsing. DissapointedI did not get anything close to what I asked fot, i said my hair was dark brown with carmel to lighter highlights, and I get grey easy, and that I needed to cover grey now, they sent me just a dark brown for my roots only, that will do nothing for me.
