As a UX Designer for eSalon, you’ll be a part of a UX design team and be responsible for refining and enhancing the user experience of our three brand sites: eSalon, Aura Hair Care and Colorsmith. In this role, you’ll lead UX processes across eSalon’s brands by gathering stakeholder goals and UX research and then designing intuitive user experiences that increase average order value, maintain subscriptions and reduce churn. You’ll bring a clean, consistent, mobile-first design aesthetic to the table and influence how our brand websites function, look & feel.
