Who we are.

We are a radical team of engineers, coders, technicians, creatives, and colorists coming together to craft a completely personalized hair color and hair care experience—all while empowering folks to be experts at home.

Do you have experience operating and controlling chemical compounding equipment? Are you detailed orientated with great math skills and a precise ability to follow direction? Then eSalon is looking for you, an experienced Compounder to join our Warehouse team where we manufacture hair dye and hair care products. We practice safe social distancing and provide all PPE needed in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

Pre-weigh ingredients and follow formulas to manufacture hair dye.
Perform pumping, mixing and drumming activities to create a finished product.
Work with tanks and auxiliary equipment within our warehouse.
Move around raw materials and keep track of inventory levels.
Maintain all equipment and work areas in a sanitary condition and promote safe work habits and conditions, including but not limited dressing in proper PPE; cleaning and sanitizing tanks and equipment, and general housekeeping of compounding area.
Support filling tanks changing hair dye drums.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years working in a manufacturing environment with hands-on experience
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Precise attention to detail and ability to multi task.
Data entry and computer skills, including Excel and Word.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
Ability to read, comprehend and apply common sense understanding to instructions, memos, checklists, forms and equipment instruction manuals that are written in English.
Strong safety record.
Familiarity with cGMP’s, safety procedures, sanitization, and personal protective equipment (PPE) is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 6am- 2:30pm.
