eSalon is looking for an Operations Manager to support of all day to day warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility. This individual will report into the Operations Director and will directly manage the Warehouse Supervisor. The Operations Manager should be an eager self-starter with a strong work ethic and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate a warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

Support of all day to day warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility
Complete monthly KPI reports and analyze the information therein
Manage the production floor when Warehouse Supervisor is not available
Be able to practice clear communication with your manager and direct/dotted line reports and other colleagues in the warehouse and office
Monitor tank fills on a weekly basis ensuring that the correct amounts are getting put into the tank
Ensure that the production area and equipment is kept clean and well maintained so that production machinery is always available to run and the production facility is optimized
Proactively complete payroll every pay period in a timely manner
Assist in inventory management in the warehouse
Provide weekly updates to your manager to help track progress
Continuously help to monitor and optimize shipping
Weekly audits of the warehouse floor to ensure all employees are completing all their tasks
Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for the entire production facility
Assist in the reviews/goals process for all production employees
Ensure that the production facility is fully staffed for all upcoming projects/order
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1+ years directly managing hourly employees
Comprehensive Microsoft Word and Excel Skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-Oriented with good Communication
Self-Motivated with a proven record of taking the initiative
Able to work with minimal supervision
Flexibility and the ability to execute tasks in an ever-changing environment
Exercise sound judgment and ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce
Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
