The VP of Acquisition will be responsible for leading the Online Acquisition team, strategic planning, optimization of online campaigns, creative testing, audience segmentation, bid management, campaign reporting & analysis across multiple traffic sources. This position will be tasked with meeting quarterly new client objectives across multiple eSalon product lines and brands at specific CPA goals. The position reports into the CEO.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and motivate the online traffic acquisition team
Plan and execute large strategic marketing campaigns from start to finish across multiple global geographies
Manage & drive existing traffic channel growth
Maximize new client revenue for the all eSalon product lines/subscriptions while hitting key performance goals around quantity of orders and CPA
Manage third party/vendor relationships
Drive acquisition analysis & reporting
Identify, test and develop new client acquisition sources

Qualifications

BS/BA required
At least 7+ years online marketing experience in ecommerce or a subscription environment
At least 5 years’ experience managing a team of direct reports
Experience in multiple forms of online advertising, preferably including Social Media, Online Video, Display, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Content, and Email
Experience with traditional marketing channels such as TV, radio, print, direct mail, etc. is highly preferred but not required
Deep understanding of customer lifetime value (LTV)
Strong analytical & critical thinking ability
Strong ability to work with and analyze numbers to interpret trends and patterns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Enthusiastic, proactive, self-starter
Impeccable Attention to detail
The ability to lead while being a team player across functional groups
