This is an unreliable product and unsatisfactory serviceI have a 6 months customer history with eSalon, time in which I was in awe of them (at start) only to be let down by both quality of product (had dye sets not covering grays) and service (unanswered outreach, delays in order processing and delivery). I have just cancelled my order and subsctiption because of delays in both order processing and shipping. I am so disappointed! Doesn’t cover grayThis is my second order in the last 30 days of these products the first order i left them on for 45 mins and it didn’t cover my gray so i ordered my next batch early and applied again but this time left it on my hair for an hour and it still didn’t cover my gray. Color adjustmentI’m satisfied with the results. I feel as though I need to wear a mask before I put on the second formula! Even with the fan going on for ventilation, the fumes are very strong.
