Gorgeous hair colorI asked for some adjustments to be done, lighter color. They not only made the adjustments but also mixed my coloring so it didn’t turn out brassy. Absolutely love the color. Returning to best!I have a confession to make. I thought I would try L’Oréal Paris Colorsonic and put my eSalon order on hold for a few months. Big Mistake! Colorsonic was messy and the two closest color choices were either too dark or too light. I’ve been a a member of eSalon since 2012. I missed the control and the color specially formulated for me. Hi, well at first I was skeptical but I quickly became a believerWhen I first got my set I was a little skeptical wasn't sure how this was going to look on my hair but actually I ended up loving it then, we made some changes and I wasn't so happy with those changes but eSalon fixed it and made me very happy I only slowed down because of the cost I'm going to fix my budget sovwhen I get my hair colors it cuts into my budget so I have to be careful when I order but I love the product it does make my hair look so much better than normal colors I buy at the stores, I've had lots of compliments and I've been told my hair looks beautiful. Great hair care & colourThe colour products are so easy to use, and I love that there is a choice between chemicals that can damage my hair or not but having the same effects and giving the same professional finish. The colour is my choice and I can ask my colourist for tweets when I need them. My hair is left with a soft silky finish every time and my hair is healthy even when using this product. It is great that can get the look of a salon finish without the salon price. Everything is provided including stain protector and stain remover, not that I have had to use either. Off the shelf products for home use do not have the same care for different types of hair, whereas esalone you need to give as much information about your hair as possible, so if you provide the wrong information/untrue information, then that is on you, I'm afraid. Amazing color - saving so much moneyHello Esalon, I would like to send you some feedback. I was recommended to you by a coworker, I was hesitant to say the least. I thought to get a good color you had to pay at least $300 at a salon. I sent in my request and thought there was no way that you could match the color i wanted, boy way i wrong. The color you sent me was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the product was like a salon. My outcome was shiny and beautiful hair in the color I wanted. I used to spend so much money just to get my roots done and this is such an amazing option for a very reasonable price. Universal leave in conditionerI used for the first time this morning. I have very fine hair so I rarely use conditioner. It flattens my hair.
