This is an unreliable product and unsatisfactory serviceI have a 6 months customer history with eSalon, time in which I was in awe of them (at start) only to be let down by both quality of product (had dye sets not covering grays) and service (unanswered outreach, delays in order processing and delivery). I have just cancelled my order and subsctiption because of delays in both order processing and shipping. I am so disappointed!
