If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed – Not the Shade I Ordered⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed – Not the Shade I Ordered I ordered medium brown expecting a natural, mid-tone brunette shade. Unfortunately, what I received was extremely dark brown — my hair now looks almost black. I was aiming for a soft, medium brunette look, but this is way too dark and doesn’t match the description or image. If you’re looking for a true medium brown, I’d recommend going at least one or two shades lighter than what you think you need.
