The color was great, but...I love the color! It's perfect. However, there are still greys that didnt color completely. So im afraid ill have to go buy some dye and I wont be able to match this color, which I love, but Im thinking I may just have to re-dye it. Worst hair color I ever hadI ordered blue black, it was written blu black, but actually it is dark brown. I requested specifically that I don't want the color to bleed with every wash and this color bleeds woth every wash. Moreover, this made my hair so hard and rough. Not like it used to beSo I’ve been a pretty loyal customers since 2018. The price has gone up. The quality has gone down, unfortunately like everything else today. i’m not even sure I will be ordering again because I can buy cheaper stuff over-the-counter at the grocery store that covers the grays cause this doesn’t. I was disappointed!!!I just used my kit and for the first time, I’m very disappointed in the coverage. Your product did not cover my grey roots and the colour was very dull. Still working to find the perfect color... but I'm very happy with the results.I fired my hairdresser after much frustration that I asked for years to tone down the reddish gold tones in my highlighted light brown hair. I decided to try out eSalon. I included a picture with my initial color order. eSalon matched it exactly, even the unwanted reddish gold. So I requested an adjustment for the 2nd order. It has much less gold, but still there. I called to speak with an eSalon colorist, and she recommended that I try the next shade with no gold, only ash.
