Gorgeous hair colorI asked for some adjustments to be done, lighter color. They not only made the adjustments but also mixed my coloring so it didn’t turn out brassy. Absolutely love the color. Returning to best!I have a confession to make. I thought I would try L’Oréal Paris Colorsonic and put my eSalon order on hold for a few months. Big Mistake! Colorsonic was messy and the two closest color choices were either too dark or too light. I’ve been a a member of eSalon since 2012. I missed the control and the color specially formulated for me. Hi, well at first I was skeptical but I quickly became a believerWhen I first got my set I was a little skeptical wasn't sure how this was going to look on my hair but actually I ended up loving it then, we made some changes and I wasn't so happy with those changes but eSalon fixed it and made me very happy I only slowed down because of the cost I'm going to fix my budget sovwhen I get my hair colors it cuts into my budget so I have to be careful when I order but I love the product it does make my hair look so much better than normal colors I buy at the stores, I've had lots of compliments and I've been told my hair looks beautiful. Great hair care & colourThe colour products are so easy to use, and I love that there is a choice between chemicals that can damage my hair or not but having the same effects and giving the same professional finish. The colour is my choice and I can ask my colourist for tweets when I need them. My hair is left with a soft silky finish every time and my hair is healthy even when using this product. It is great that can get the look of a salon finish without the salon price. Everything is provided including stain protector and stain remover, not that I have had to use either. Off the shelf products for home use do not have the same care for different types of hair, whereas esalone you need to give as much information about your hair as possible, so if you provide the wrong information/untrue information, then that is on you, I'm afraid.
