I LOVED THISHaving used shop-bought colours for years which never came out as the colour on the box I decided to try eSalon. I was sceptical and didn't use the product for 2 weeks. Anyhow, this morning I decided to use it. The mixed solution was quite thick which meant it stayed on my hair as opposed to dripping on my face and neck. I followed the instructions, left the dye for the correct time, washed it off and conditioned with the supplied product and what a difference. My grey roots have gone, my hair is silky and the colour is perfect! My hair is very porous and doesn't usually keep a colour for more than 3 washes so I am curious how long with will last. I am delighted with this product and providing the colour stays a bit longer I will be purchasing on a regular basis. Thank you . It's now 2 washes on and my colour has faded. I am very disappointed. Nope not for me, color doesn't last. Hair looks dull and BlahhhI love it... truly surprised by how natural the color looks. Now I just need to see how long the color will last. No gray coverage at allWhen I signed up for the service, I explained that my gray hairs are incredibly difficult to cover. I was reassured that this product was going to be custom-made to take care of this problem. After following the instructions to a T, my gray hairs were not covered at all. I now have nice vibrant dark hair with brilliantly bright gray hairs showing. Unfortunately, this is my second experience with the company and I was told they would make the product stronger for my coverage. I don't know if they failed put that memo in when making my Custom kit, or if their products are just not quality, but I am beyond disappointed.
