Lovely colourAt 52 finally giving in to having my hair dyed. Being severely disabled I get Salon quality in the comfort of my own home. My daughter has become a colourist specialst now! I was hesitant about the colour but I made a great choice. I've had so many comments on the bronze tones which completely covers the salt n pepper. Customer service shipped out a week late then blamed on meI knew I was going to have a tight timeline so I planned to have a shipment a month in advance. My custom color was shipped out on August 28th when I scheduled it for August 21st. Even with the 1-3 day processing time this was by all means late. I was berrated and argued with by an unempathetic customer agent. I’m doing a cross country move and now am going to be 4 weeks past due by fault of esalons logistics. Perfect!Now that I’ve colored my hair a few times I’m ready to review. I’ve never had a color be so close to my own hair color that you can’t see the grow out!
