Ordered medium brown, got dark chocolate. Hair feels great, though!The dark chocolate color is beautiful, don't get me wrong, and my hair feels healthy and lovely. On the other hand, I expressed a desire for a medium brown since this was my first time using eSalon. Maybe it will lighten up, but when I got was most certainly not medium brown. It is a lovely shade of deep chocolate. I have the unfortunate sensation that I will go back to the boxed stuff so I can count on a particular color. Best thing I ahve ever done for myselfI have spent hundreds of dollars in salons and at home. I have been allergic to all of them. This is the first time that my greys are covered and I have had no allergic reactions. Perfect Color and CoverageI waited a little while prior to reviewing this hair color. I have stubborn grays and my dark hair color always seems to fade quickly no matter what color preserving shampoo I use. I am excited to say that this color stood up to its promise. Fantastic productAfter a long lockdown, have just had my hair cut and styled which really shows off the dark blonde I have gone for. This time, I really think I have got it right! I was so afraid........My kit remained in the cabinet and I cancelled my subscription. One day I was so tired of looking at my overgrown roots and partial grays. Don't even get me started on the previous "professional" job that left me with orange and miscolored stripes. I took a deep breath, read and re-read the instructions then took a chance. It was so easy!.....Why was I so afraid?!?! After drying and styling, I could not believe the difference! Never have I obtained the perfect shade of blonde that I always wanted, and asked for when getting my hair done, but never before obtained....UNTIL NOW! Brilliant colour adjustment and coverageThis is my second colour, first one was nice but the roots were a bit light. So I asked for the colour to be adjusted and it’s perfect.
