Custom color setI’ve always loved your products for years and have always gotten lots of compliments and people always love my hair color. This year I’ve been asked why I have changed my hair color! Also, when I color my hair it’s not the same texture it used to be. Have you changed your product? I’m thinking of finding a new place to buy my hair color and products and I’m very disappointed because I have truly loved your products in the past. Any suggestions? Terrible color and quality. CancelingThe color left my hair dry and brassy. Going back to my original color with Madison Reed. Also company provided no notification of automatic subscription. My Custom Color SetI'm very pleased with my color set. Color will lasts through every other day washing when used with the weekly retreat. My hair stays vibrant and healthy looking. The one mistake I made was using the blonde toner set that was recommended to me and I did not like the outcome. I have been trying to stay away from red tones and that is exactly what the toner did.
