What went wrong?5 stars for ease to use, 1 star for the color. Hello. I ordered Ash Blond permanent color bundle through QVC promotion. This was the first time ordering color on-line, not using my stilist. I followed instructions provided. However, the color is all wrong. My virgin (not highlighted) hair is naturally a dirty blond with 15% gray color; after applying eSalon color mixture, I ended with strawberry blond with orange undertone. 2days later I washed my hair with shampoo for blond hair hoping it will neutralize the orange, but it did nothing to correct it. What am I supposed to do now? I refuse to purchase other products like shampoo or splays promoted by the website because the original color ordered was all wrong. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not impressedI have persevered with this however the colour has really poor staying ability and fades extremely quickly. The rinsing off process is extremely unpleasant as the dye seems to be very high in ammonia/peroxide and although I am not asthmatic it makes me wheeze. Overall since staring using this product my hair has gone down in condition massively and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

They got it right!I was really impressed with the color they chose for me. I sent a photo and a day later I was given a recommendation. I was kinda skeptical at first as there were a lot of gold tones but it turned out great! Esalon is way better that the other online hair color place, they messed up my hair color somehow twice. I’m excited to try some highlights this time! I feel more confident trying new things having a professional guide me. Anyhow.
