Good color but damagingThis has been damaging my hair worse than bleach did. The color is at least almost spot on to what I want. Liquid Color Formula LeakedThe product is good and the color was what I expected. The only problem the cap on the liquid color leaked out everywhere during shipping. I was able to get enough out of the bottle to add to the mix for coloring since I have short hair. Not strawberry blondeThe color that was sent is beautiful. It is a medium golden blonde, almost caramel in color; however I asked for strawberry blonde and there is no strawberry or copper to be found. Again, very pretty and my hair feels healthy and all....but I didn’t want to be a medium blonde I wanted to be a medium strawberry blonde. Edit: Customer service is amazing! They immediately reached out to me and helped me work through how to get the color that I wanted.
