New one step processI LOVE the color. The formula seemed thicker and creamier than before, and I really liked the way it covered all my gray. I think I will stick with this color, although I still do toy with the idea of getting the highlight kit. I will think on it. Thank you to my colorist. So Extremely Happy!!!Finally!! I have been going to swanky upscale salons for years, paying over $250 for a cut and color. Each time I walk out not truly happy. I decided to try esalon.com. I submitted a picture answered a couple questions and received my custom color. I am thrilled and in love with my custom color!!
