Not what I wantedI wanted a bold purple look so I may gradually work in other colors. After being told my hair was too dark, I bleached it blonde to get more of the purple. Instead I have dark brown which is what I started with... Money wasted. Had to cut the ends of my hair off to cover and damage. 2 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Happy Happy HappyMy colorist is a genius, as I get older I have more grays and my hair wants to turn brassy. Doesn't cover gray hairI was very excited to use your product, I used it as directed, and ----- no gray coverage at all. My ''part'', on the right side of my head, looks like I never colored my hair. With the price of your product, How can this be? I filled out the questionairre truthfully..... and now I have ''barely'' colored hair. Roots and hair ends didn't matchI used the kit as directed, using one on the roots and the other on the ends. The color on the roots did not take AT ALL and is still same color while the color on the ends was very vibrant... Very disappointed 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
