Hair dried out, like straw and dullTo Whom It May Concern: I don't know if there was a change to the formula this time, but my hair is so dry it feels like straw. I left the color on for 30 minutes as usual. If you could please give me some guidance as to how I can remedy this. I am an otherwise very happy eSalon customer and want to stay with this service. If you could send me some advice as to what to do with this very dry and now dull hair I'd be grateful. My scalp is also a little 'burny' i.e., it tingles and feels a bit hot. FYI, shortly after I started using the product it began frothing and foaming out of the applicator bottle. I should have photographed it but thought it was just that I'd shaken too vigorously. Didn’t cover my roots.This is the second time when I received my order. First time it was perfect. Covered my roots properly. Loved the color. Everything was perfect. But this time it’s totally a different story. When I applied color as per instructions into my roots and leave it little longer then recommended time because my hair takes longer to catch the color. It didn’t work for me at all. As soon as I washed my hair most of the color had gone. Roots were so light in color then my whole head. Seems like I didn’t dye my hair at all. It was our big celebrations and my hair dyed in two tones. I couldn’t get another color on time from other store because of lockdown. I’m extremely upset about wasting my time and money. FabulousThe color was spot on and the grey coverage was amazing, the step by step instructions were also very helpful, I would recommend this product to all those who have had trouble covering their greys, I will re order when i need this again.
