Happy Happy HappyMy colorist is a genius, as I get older I have more grays and my hair wants to turn brassy. Doesn't cover gray hairI was very excited to use your product, I used it as directed, and ----- no gray coverage at all. My ''part'', on the right side of my head, looks like I never colored my hair. With the price of your product, How can this be? I filled out the questionairre truthfully..... and now I have ''barely'' colored hair. Roots and hair ends didn't matchI used the kit as directed, using one on the roots and the other on the ends. The color on the roots did not take AT ALL and is still same color while the color on the ends was very vibrant... Very disappointed 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

New Me!I absolutely love my custom color! I love how it comes all laid out. I am yet to do it alone as I don't think I would successfully get the back of my head. I wish it came with a brush to paint on the color rather than just using my fingers. It doesn't keep my grays covered for as long as I'd like but it's a great product. Much cheaper than a salon!
