Color was different than the normal color.I colored my hair and then used the light set I had been sent previously. The color seems darker than I have ever been, almost black. Hair fell out!!Oh, hell no. I colored my hair and now I’m going bald! I’ve used hair colors at home for 20 years and while sometimes i don’t like the color results, I’ve never had this happen (not even close!). It’s terrible and I’m so angry! I really wish i could upload photos so you can see exactly what it did. It completely fried my hair and I’m now going bald. Very, very angry. Oh, almost forgot! The hair that’s still in my head is broken and split. I have fine, straight hair that is, or was, in perfect condition. I don’t use hair products other than shampoo and conditioners, i don’t use anything with silicone, parabins, sulfates etc and I never use heat. I had very shiny, silky hair with virtually no split ends prior to coloring it. The hair that hasn’t fallen out is now dull, split and bent. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Not what I wantedI wanted a bold purple look so I may gradually work in other colors. After being told my hair was too dark, I bleached it blonde to get more of the purple. Instead I have dark brown which is what I started with... Money wasted. Had to cut the ends of my hair off to cover and damage. 2 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Happy Happy HappyMy colorist is a genius, as I get older I have more grays and my hair wants to turn brassy.
