Wowee Wow Wow!I actually ordered my first color set last fall but was afraid to use it for fear I’d mess it up. When I finally recently took the plunge, I found the whole process pretty easy and my hair turned out great! Now I’m actually looking forward to coloring again and have confidence in the results. The closest to my natural color everThe pros: My hair feels soft and clean (no gunk residue), it is demi-permanent (which I prefer), it 100% covered my grays, there is no trace of orange or red, my hair is very shiny, and the color is the closest its been to my natural hair color probably ever - which I've tried (unsuccessfully) to achieve from box color many times. The cons: It was quite a bit messier than I’m used to (but I didn’t stain anything, so that’s ok). And it is very dark which isn't necessarily a con, I’m just still getting used to it. The colour has become too dark on the lengths and the grey roots are not catchiThe colour has become too dark on the lengths & the grey roots are not catching much of the dye. I would like to put a hold on my order for a few months so the dark ends can fade, until September. I will then change the colour and ask for more grey coverage. Not for me!This colour system just did not suit my hair. My hair is straight and silky. While I was putting this colour on, I could feel it drying my hair out, it felt like straw. I thought it would get better when I washed it out and conditioned it but it didn’t. My shine was gone, my hair was dull and flat. It took a month of washing my hair every day to get my shine back. PlanI’ve asked twice to be taken off of this plan and they still haven’t done it. I’ve emailed and called and they said they would do it but they haven’t and they are still taking money out of my account! They also don’t pay me back for my shipping which is £5 each time so all together i’ve lost £10 on shipping and another £20 on this stupid hair dye! Great colour serviceUnfortunately I only gave my colour three stars as I think I waited to long to decide to colour my hair and the colour did not take well at all on my roots. The product is easy to use, packaged beautifully but just did not work on my way too long over due colour, still would recommend it but I will wait until COVID allows my hairdresser to reopen to redo my colour, just don’t want to go to the expense for something that won’t work at this stage on my hair nor risk further damage with another colouring session at home. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
