Simple and great color!I needed to fix my balayage that I got done at the salon since it was too light. This was perfect for me since i have never colored my hair before. The instructions were clear and all very easy to do. The color choices and feedback with the colorist is awesome and appreciate it. I really wanted to love it!I loved the process, packaging, instructions, ease of use….ALL of it… BUT, the entire purpose was to cover my gray hair. It didn’t cover them, at all. I wish it had worked!
