Only 1 issueI do like this color set. I have been using it ever since the pandemic started and will probably continue to purchase it. It is way better than any boxed color you get at the store, super easy to use, doesn’t damage my hair and the shampoo and conditioner are amazing! The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the gray coverage it doesn’t provide. WOW!This is the first time I’ve tried this hair color. I must say I was skeptical. When I put it on it was really dark and I was scared! But, when I washed it off it was beautiful. Nice colour and coverageWhen I applied the colour I thought it was going to turn out a lot darker than it did but I am glad it turned out as it did. I think it looks good and is very, very close to the colour I envisioned. The product did not have a strong odour and my scalp was not burning or itchy when I applied it. I like this a lot more than I do the home stuff I usually use. 4/5 because I would have liked the medium blonde to be slightly more gold than it turned out but really good overall. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Convert to home colouringThe presentation of your kit is so nice, feels special. Liked the inclusion of a handy sticker to stick your instructions to the mirror, sounds small but all these touches help to make the process easier if you have a small en-suite. (Id even go as far and say a suction plug on the back of the timer would be a great idea). But more importantly the colour itself produces excellent results. I had a lot of golden highlights on dark brown hair and the the colour dyed them away evenly. I felt I’d gone too dark though (originally ordered dark brown but have switched to medium for future orders) so I just continued to wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo for 4 days and some of my golden highlights have peeked through which has accidentally provided a very nice multidimensional tone to my hair. Have added a red tone neutraliser to my next order to keep on top of any unwanted tones. Slightly darker on ends than I wantedTo avoid the brassiness I encountered on my first try my stylist suggested a slight shade darker to remove golden tones. It came out much darker than the last box did. A bit darker than I wanted. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
