Wrong color/highlightsI specifically requested alight (golden) brown with No Red highlights! When I followed all the directions, my hair was a dark reddish brown. It covered the 3 inches I had grown out during the pandemic. The tint rinse I used after increased the reddish color. The new shipment that’s yet to arrive is supposed to be applied only to the new roots...I’m afraid I’ll end up with “zebra stripes” on my hair. Hair colourI have been using this hair colour for about a year now and I've asked for numerous changes to the tone/colour. Every time my colourist has listened to my request and made the changes. I'm still trying to work out what's for me, but I think this is because for over 20 years I had highlighted hair and couldn't even recall my natural colour. For the moment I love the mahogony tone and progressing towards perfecting my perfect colour. After colouring my hair it has always felt so soft and shiny and I personally feel that my hairs in the best condition that it has been in for years. I will continue to use this, as I find it easy to do and can be done in less than an hour, which is perfect as I have a very busy nursing job. Thanks. 56 of 60 people found this review helpful. Vibrant color and great gray coverageeSalon has been a God-send during the Covid-19 pandemic when hair salons were closed. The process of dying my hair has been easy and quick. Awesome!!!!Noelle, You picked up my hair and it is so soft, and the color is great. I used to go to my stylist and get my haircut and colored sometimes, but the sun always bleached it out. So we will see ,but i expect this color to keep it from bleaching out and turning white. This conditioner is so good and the color just pops. Great coverageMy very first order was the complete wrong color for my hair, but my stylist worked with me to get it right. I'm on my second time through with this new color, and it's great. Perfect gray coverage, and though it's super dark immediately after dyeing, it evens out after the first or second wash.
