Perfect right out of the gateI was devastated when my L’Oréal color (red penny) was discontinued so I decided to give esalon a try in the hopes that I could find a match. I was able, with the help of their colorists, find a perfect match and it covers resistant grays much better and generally is a more quality product. Crunchy, BLACK hair.I ordered “medium ash brown” for my medium brown hair with coppery/gold tones. I was looking to neutralize the copper and mellow out my tone. Works but a bit darker than I thoughtTried for the first time today and the grey coverage is about 80% effective which I suppose, is not bad compared so some other products I’ve tried. However my hair feels a bit coarse and dry after the dye job. Not sure this products is better than good quality box dye from the pharmacy. I am very happy with color!My color fits my personality perfectly and doesn’t look like unnatural on me. The color pleases me more each day. I'll NEVER go back to a salon for color.I've been using your light blonde color for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be any happier. I've tweaked it some over time but nothing drastic. A little lighter for summer and darker for winter and every time my color is beautiful. My best friend is a hair dresser and has cut my hair for 30+ years. Color like I've never had before from a box or salonThe package came with very concise, yet detailed instruction with all the necessary components to make the coloring process so simple and easy. And once my hair dried I couldn't have been more happy with the color. I've make a couple of adjustments to my original color with everyone at esalon so wonderful to work with to come up with a color I never thought I could achieve. So pleased!I'm new to coloring my roots and eSAlon has made the process easy, affordable and adaptable. I wasn't sure initially what my true color match was but have been able to make small adjustments to my custom blend color with the help of the eSalon's colorists. It's been amazing to have expert support along the way, so thank you! The instructions in the kit are clear and the results that I've gotten have been fantastic. My hair looks and feels great.
