1/3 of bottle of colour was spilled all over the contents of the boxI would like to be reimbursed for my last order that was received much later than scheduled and 1/3 of colour in the bottle had spilled throughout the contents in the box. I demand a refund of my money.I explicitly asked last time for NO RED and as you can see in the picture, this is the MOST REDDISH color I have ever had, which is really annoying. this time did not work wellI was usually very happy with my hair color but before last order did provide very extensive explanation on what change has been done to my hair (ombre) and that I would like a little help on finding the right color. I haven't received any answer. The color is beautiful.Not only does my hair look great but the color matches a hair topper I bought for my allopicia. My own hair needed to match it because unlike a wig, my own hair shows with a topper. And I told her the color and sure enough it matches great. My own hair has a great shine too. After a few weeks the color has not faded, though my roots are starting to show. Can't wait for the color to come in the mail so I can touch it up. I really don't think I could have matched the color so well on my own. And in the past, home hair color would really ruin my hair. But I love how my hair feels. I'm really am happy I tried esalon.
