Not what I expectedThe packaging was nicely done. It comes with everything you need to color your hair however there were two bottle. In which one is for the top part of your hair and the is for the ends. Not sure if everyone gets two bottles or it’s because I have long hair. I didn’t like the fact that it tells you to wait for 15 minutes for the top part and then apply the ends bottle and wait another 10 minutes. Beautiful color BUT....I have colored my hair twice now with a salon color. They sent me the initial color which was a beautiful copper brown but it was a bit light for me so they sent me a complementary adjusted color which came out a beautiful darker copper which I liked very well. However, and it’s a big however, my hair is absolutely dry straw. I thought that it would calm down with a few washes and lots of conditioner but unfortunately it appears that my hair has been damaged by the chemicals. They got it right!This is my second color with e-salon and they got it perfect again. I am 60ish and my color was originally strawberry blonde. Now I have some gray but it is also just sort of a flat color. The last color I got was blondish red and they nailed it. But when it grows out I really notice and lets face it, I'm too lazy to color my hair when I should. This time I went with a light brown with a little red and its perfect! I think I will definitely be doing the roots when they start to grow. The e-salon color is lovely and my hair has a great texture (its normally dry). Great color great feelingI love my new color. It's soft, always never fading Blessed and feel it because of this new system of coloring my hair. The products come on time and the products are great like the silk and the mask treatment which I love them both! The shampoo and conditioner are good too.
