TRUST THE PROCESS!!I won’t lie… going into this, I was not very hopeful. I knew the dye was good however I didn’t expect it to be THAT good!! My colorist worked with me to find a color that not only made my hair look good, but also made my skin glow!!! Plus the process was so incredibly easy!!! Still turned reddishThe color im going for is a cool beige which the ends of my hair are. My roots are still a reddish blonde color. I mentioned this the first time and was given a credit. Then despite sending a picture and expressing this in writing already...twice....was sent the exact same formula (after I get a msg about gray coverage which I never said anything about bc I dont have any gray hair so if there really is a note in my acct like I was told I dont why...not a word about changing it like I asked though) and what do you know....same results. Giving this one last chanceAlright, I tried it again. Last time my hair was destroyed. It turned purple! Took me months and money to get it back to one color, and back to blond. But decided to give it one more chance and I love it now! Worked great as an all over color! Was easier to use and didn't smell. love this vibrant colour!exactly right for my complexion due to it being custom made, easy to follow instructions and the shampoo and conditioner are lovely are a lovely rich lather! all in all really pleased and lots of compliments, what more could you ask for. Fantastic colour match Strawberry blondeI have long hair which is greying and I was looking for a product that would enable me to keep my hair at a longer length without making me look older but which matched my natural colour perfectly.
