Not what I wanted or expectedI was super excited at the thought of having a custom color to help with my roots. I waited for weeks for it to arrive and then finally decided to go for it . I followed the instructions to a t since I’ve experienced bad hair dye damage before. I let it set for 30 minutes and it doesn’t match my hair at all my roots are gold amber even with the purple toner I bought and my other hair is bright blonde like normal. And now I’m freaked out because my scalp is feeling so itchy almost like a sunburn I’m so upset. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Fantastic!I love this, from start to end. Everyone has been wonderful, my hair does not get that dried over-processed feel after I use my custom color set. I have mentioned to my consultant that I would like to try a slight lighter shade and adjustments have already been made, fingers crossed because I was a little nervous about going lighter. The packaging is thought out nicely with personal touches, clear instructions, and another great touch is that you can watch how to videos.
