Fantastic colour match Strawberry blondeI have long hair which is greying and I was looking for a product that would enable me to keep my hair at a longer length without making me look older but which matched my natural colour perfectly. Turned My Hair OrangeI don’t know why my hair is orange when I ordered Ash Blonde. Next order I requested a drastic change in my custom color and received almost the exact same color. The color specialist don’t communicate or seem to listen to your issues. Color didn't turn out ?I tried out eSalon not for grays, but just for fun. I chose Med Brown Ash Pearl for my natural dark brown hair expecting a real change, but it just made my hair a little lighter with a little red tint. Color not what I asked forI specifically asked for an ashy light brown what my hair is is orange brown and this was on new growth with no color on it to affect the color application.
