Fantastic!I love this, from start to end. Everyone has been wonderful, my hair does not get that dried over-processed feel after I use my custom color set. I have mentioned to my consultant that I would like to try a slight lighter shade and adjustments have already been made, fingers crossed because I was a little nervous about going lighter. The packaging is thought out nicely with personal touches, clear instructions, and another great touch is that you can watch how to videos. Do not reccomendThe colour fades very quickly and gets very dull. ALso I have been charged for two colours but only recieved one.
