Still no natural red color. It is either too brassy or none at all.I have not been happy with the mix of color. This current order left my hair a mousy brown...no red highlights at all. Finally found my perfect color!Thanks to esalon I’m getting my perfect salon hair color at home. I love that I was able to communicate with a colorist and adjust the original hair color they created for me. The new color was exactly what I wanted and they sent me instructions on how to apply it. Same color!I talked to my color specialist and explained how I didn't like my first color, it wasnt dark blonde like I wanted, it was more of a ugly rusty burnt orange. She apologized and said she would adjust my color well Guess what COLOR WAS THE SAME! Im not going to pay $30 for color I hate. Good customer serviceThe customer service is good they try to fix what is wrong but the Hair Care does not work for me. I got the wrong developer two times and the color did not stay in my hair but it lightened my hair when I was supposed to go almost black. Perfect color!Requested help with toning down my brassiness in my hair. Because my hair to lighten in the summer and tends toward brassy blond. Received the best color ever!
