Pleaseantly surprisedMy custom color was just perfect. I chose a semi-permanent color because it's less harsh and I have a keratin treatment in my hair so I need a color that does not lift the treatment. My hair was left soft, with a good coverage of my white roots(altough not perfect and i knew that because it's not a permanent color).In the box I received everything I needed and process was easy breezy. What I liked the most was that it did not burn or smell and the provided conditioner is sulfate free and i can use it on my hair and smelled just like the one my hairdresser uses in the salon. Did not cover grayI have not had good luck with eSalon. My Colorist contacted me and wanted to see how I liked my color. I was able to say how I was not happy because the gray hairs were not covered. They sent me another formula to try and it did not cover again!!! I can go buy Clairol or L'Oreal Root Touch up for $7.00 and I know it works.
