Needed more dyeUnfortunately one bottle wasn’t enough to cover my ends. Plus, my roots seemed lighter. And it was more of a soft black than a blue black on my ends, for the parts of my hair that got some color. Bad luck with this companyThe color I received was not close to what I asked for and it took ten months to get back to a normal shade after that brassy disaster. One thing I will give them is their color has staining power! I specifically had not checked autoship because I wanted to check out the color first and I also knew I would be moving to another address. They shipped the next month anyway to the address I had already left. By the time I was able to retrieve the package it was too late to return it. While I was very annoyed, I didn’t want to bother writing a bad review but did call the company and tell them I was unhappy with their product. Despite that, they’ve continued to bombard me with emails asking me to come back. That has finally reignited my displeasure with them and has brought on the review they could have avoided by simply accepting that they had lost a customer. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
