Great color, but…My roots and fine hairs around my face are still not being covered well, even with the new directions. Also, the color washes out way too quickly. Misleading advertisingI wanted to try this service thinking any color could be custom made. I was indecisive and had to talk two different colorists and I was told if there is bleach or toning involved I still have to go to a salon. Really wanted to love itI have been dying my hair at home for 15 years so I know what I’m doing, my hair is also very short so it’s not hard to ensure complete coverage and VERY hard to miss spots.
