Dried out hairMy hair felt great after the first two times and then it started to have that really dried out, hard feel to it. My ends split and really soaked up the pigment and became too dark. I needed almost 2” cut off and I’m letting it grow! There is also a really strong odor of ammonia with this color, thus the drying out of my hair issue. I don’t blow dry my hair and rarely do I use any type of heat styling. I have naturally “beachy” type waves. So I am no longer receiving this product. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Saved me time and money!I can’t believe how easy it was! Usually, I spend 2 to 5 hours in the salon getting my hair done and have spent up to $400 on my hair! One word: AwesomeI was very much on the fence about ordering color online and after a couple of weeks I took the plunge and ordered. I sent 3 pictures along with my color quiz and my colorist NAILED IT! I was a little worried about seeing the word "mahogany" but this is a perfect match to the current color I was wearing. I've used both home box color and had salon color and both were very strong smelling and left my hair dry afterward. This smell was not strong and my hair was insanely soft and shiny after. It been a month and I still don't see gray hair poking through. I have my auto-ship set for 10 weeks and feel comfortable ordering again and again. It would be nice to get free shipping with any auto-ship and not just those over $40. I know a lot of other companies that offer that as a perk as well as the discount.
