Loved it!I really love the color they worked out for me as well as the highlights. I had my daughter apply both following your instructions. The only problem is that my hair started falling off after three weeks. I had my thyroid checked and it came back okay, so I’m putting my order on hold for now. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. My roots are a different colour after dying to my hairHi, I ordered your dye for Dark Brown with Copper and my roots have come out a different colour to my hair! Not cool.
