Roots were not covered.I loved the color and the pachaging is beautiful, but I was disappointed. I followed the instructions very carefully put my roots were not covered. The back roots were only blended and the hairline gray was pretty obviously still gray. I need either instructions on longer timing or another formula. Wrong colorI sent a picture of the color I wanted and after coloring my hair it was no where near the color I requested. I sent an email with pictures of what I requested and how my hair turned out and I still have not heard back from my colorist.
