Do not recommend! Waste of time and money.Answered all introductory questions for “my color” as closely to my natural hair color and what color I usually get done by my stylist to cover grays. I have naturally dark brown hair and usually get just a shade darker of all over (roots and ends) color. This kit turned my roots a terrible orange brassy color! Now I have to get a work in appointment with my stylist ASAP! :-/ It also took about 25 minutes of continuous rinsing to get the color rinsed out after the application process was done. Your Custom Color SetI am so impressed with the custom color set...and so is my hairdresser. FYI: she only cuts my hair. Mindy, my custom colorist, listened carefully as I asked for adjustments to the color. AND we have gotten it to where I want it. I am so appreciative of her skill. AND I LOVE MY COLOR!
