Disappointing OutcomeThis is the third time I have used E Salon hair color...my best color outcome was my very first color...the second came out fairly well, but color did not stay well. This last one was very disappointing, not much of a change in color, even though I requested lighter shade, and lacking the lustre...I think that I am going to take a break for a while and maybe come back later in the year...Thank You, Dianne G 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. I’m impressedI’m impressed with my custom color, first try and it’s perfect, thank you Crystella L. I have lots a gray and the coverage was on the money, the color is beautiful and the color evened out the different shades of color I had on my hair, I couldn’t be more happier. colour is better than salon AND cruelty-freeI was actually looking for a cruelty-free option to cover my grey and found eSalon -- I was pretty sure the colour would be just ok -- turns out the colour is better than what my salon would give me. The salon colourist always said my hair was too grey for a medium brown and needed greater saturation/darker brown to cover the brassiness -- I took a chance and ordered a medium brown from eSalon and gave a note to the eSalon colourist that I was worried about brassiness: The colour I got was PERFECT. Great colourThe process was easy and the colour looked amazing - all in the comfort of my own home. Only disappointment was that it took 2 weeks to receive my colour after ordering (however, I live in Australia).
