Near perfect colorI appreciate that I have come very very close to the color I desire by working with the colorist. I am so happy with it! It is wonderful to customize the color even by a 10% shift. Do not recommend! Waste of time and money.Answered all introductory questions for “my color” as closely to my natural hair color and what color I usually get done by my stylist to cover grays. I have naturally dark brown hair and usually get just a shade darker of all over (roots and ends) color. This kit turned my roots a terrible orange brassy color! Now I have to get a work in appointment with my stylist ASAP! :-/ It also took about 25 minutes of continuous rinsing to get the color rinsed out after the application process was done.
