Not What I RequestedThis darkest brown color was definitely not what I requested. I had specified that I only wanted a warmer, darker color to cover my grays, but my idea was that I would stay within the same color range of the previous hair dye, which I loved. I just wanted a little more pop to the color. Now, you made the transition from color to gray harder, because I will really look like a skunk when my gray roots come out. The previous color blended better with the grays. For this darkest brown, why would I go through the trouble of getting it mixed in a personalized manner and pay $40? I might have as well gone to the drug store or the supermarket and purchased a bottle of hair dye for much less if I just wanted the darkest brown hue. Amazing color!Ok ladies....These people have legit got this DOWN!!!! The quality of the product is top notch! It has stayed true for many weeks without fading. NOW, I have to tell you my desired color was complex! My stylist Sylvia whiped up a few colors and mixed up the perfect amount of each to give me stunning results that last!
