All colors turn out the sameI find the color to be high-quality. My hair is soft, shiny and healthy after each coloring. The color ages well and looks natural and three-dimensional. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I've tried three different colors and they always turn out the same. I have tried: light brown copper mahogany, dark blonde copper mahogany, and dark blonde strawberry. They have all turn out exactly the same - a medium brown color with just a touch of red. That being said, because of the quality of the product I will continue to purchase from esalon and keep trying different colors in order to find my perfect shade. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. My Custom Color is Spot On A Perfect Match!I ordered quite awhile back (9 mo ago) and just got around to using. I am so impressed at the ease of application and most of all accuracy of color chosen for me! I cannot thank you enough for making this process full proof & hassle free. Nailed it.it's been hard matching my new hair colour but Jessica you've nailed it. When my first order was too dark and I told esalon they stepped back up and offered to adjusted the colour for me. This new blend is a perfect match to my hair and now my worries about my roots are solved. I don't have to go the shops to pick a box dye up thats another bonus or have worry that I won't get the same colour as the one I was using as the brand has changed their colours without notice. Esalon is sent straight to my door. I love my hair looks and feels amazing. Thank you so much esalon for persevering with me. This is the only place I will be getting my colour from form now on. Not satisfiedThey sent the wrong color, I canceled yet they sent it after I canceled. Also Italked to a colorist and after I told her two times I couldn't use certain tones they sent the color with both tones that would not work with my hair they Also didn't give me a full refund it's not good business to send wrong color.
