Terrible flat chalky grocery store colorWowwww, this color was bad. My ends were literally matte black. The Demi has faded, expected, but to a terrible brassy color. I asked to reformulate and was given the same color? And instructions to only color my roots? So I should leave the mid length brassy, die the roots chalky black. Great solution! Terrible to deal withI only wanted to try the colour once but Ive been sent another one and asked to pay customs charge of almost €10 I've tried to cancel after first order but website is so difficult to use and option not there to cancel.
