Terrible to deal withI only wanted to try the colour once but Ive been sent another one and asked to pay customs charge of almost €10 I've tried to cancel after first order but website is so difficult to use and option not there to cancel. Terrible colorI have been using esalon for a while now. And at first my color was awesome. And the coverage was amazing. I felt beautiful after coloring my hair. Simple instructions fast shipping. But after a few shipments my hair started being a yellow color (not blonde but yellow) and my grey hair looked more predominate..so I emailed my colorist and she adjusted the color. My hair looks worse and the grey hair. Well u can see almost everyone of them suckers. :( I am not sure what happened between my first few orders to now.
