Best Beauty ProductI just love eSalon’s color. I used to pay a lot of money ( like we all did ) going to the salon prior to Covid. With salons being closed I told a friend I needed to color but had never done it before. She recommended eSalon and it is so easy. Now that salons are open I’m continuing to color my own hair. I’m saving lots of money and feel I’m getting a comparable product that I would get at a salon. I appreciate the quick customer service when I’ve had a question. Love love love!I always struggle to get my colour exactly how I like it but I think I have finally managed it! I've used esalon 3 times now and have tweaked my orders to get my colour just right. It lasts really well, covers my greys easily and doesn't have an over-powering smell like some dyes do. As my hair is long I have a friend do my application to save me getting in a mess, but if I needed to do it myself I could probably manage, plus the handy stain protection/removal works a treat! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Started a little rocky, but the costumer service saved it.Well there wasn’t enough color to cover my hair. So when I reached out they immediately got more color out to me; I just had to spend about a week in a ponytail till it got to me. It’s brownI have been confused about why the root color is brown and the strand color is red when I wanted red hair. I worked with it a few times trying to do it their way but always ended up blotchy. This time while I was coloring my roots I decided to pull the remaining through my hair to freshen up my color.
