Changes…I’ve been a customer since 2016. I loved ESalon because the color was perfect, but mostly because the color covered my gray (actually all white) roots. And it lasted until my hair grew out, about 3 weeks. Now though… ESalon said they changed the formula (UGH!) and it is not lasting at all, I am seeing my gray/white come back within 2 weeks. I have always followed the directions, but at this rate, I might as well go back to the drug store formula I was using before. Cheaper and it lasts about as long. Come on ESalon! Many ComplimentsI have used esalon for some time now and it would take something very drastic to happen for me to change. I have received many compliments on my colour and it has indeed fooled a few hairdressers that didn’t realise that my hair was dyed. The colour is really rich and natural looking and the other products in the kit you receive are of a decent quality.
